Whats the time frame on a custom order?
- That depends on a lot of factors! It could be anywhere from 3-6 weeks.
If I do the consultation, do I have to work with you?
- Absolutely not! I am here to answer questions and help you figure out what is best for you.
Recycled diamonds make me nervous to buy... can they be damaged?
- Great question! The simple answer is yes. Diamonds are not indestructible. Freshly mined diamonds can be damaged also. This is why it's Important to work with a specialist when it comes to sourcing. I stand by my stones. If you don't like what you get you have a week to get your ring remade.
I stand by my products and my design process. If you get your ring in the mail and don't like it, you have 3 days to request to have it remade. All you would need to pay is any cost difference for the remade design.
There are a lot of factors that go into a custom ring and the process can take anywhere between 3-6 weeks. If you have a time constraint we can discuss ways to expedite the process.
Yes and no. Diamonds are the hardest naturally occurring substance on Earth which makes them Ideal for recycling. However, diamonds can still chip. Even freshly mined diamonds can be chipped.
That is why it's important to work with a specialist. I visually inspect all my stones before sending them off to be set. Additionally, if you are unhappy with the quality of your stone you have 3 days from your purchase to request a remake.
